This dress is fabulous we added the 20's feather and flowers and did minor repairs. It's 20's. The lace has imperfections impossible to photograph each one but pretty normal for a piece this old. The lace alone is worth a lot but I didn't want to cut it. The lining is tearing and the lace has some holes here and there but it doesn't distract. I made this for my show but it was too large. It is a medium /large loose typical 20's fit.

The bust laid flat is 21 its large in the bust length 42 and waist 21 hips hang free. You double those number for size its pretty loose. Fragile UNDERSLIP ISSUES typical for the age.
The hem is undone in the back part of the under slip but the way it hangs it looks like its suppose to be that way and it's fragile. Its almost 100 years old but the original metallic lace is quite sought after and beautiful! Thanks
